For our international candidates

Would you like to be considered and contacted for job opportunities with TE@MCONSULT Unternehmensgruppe clients?

If so, please submit your detailed CV online. Your CV will be kept in our proprietary database and continuously assessed for career opportunities available through our clients. Please note that you need to be eligible to work in Germany in order to apply for all of our vacancies.

Neither our clients nor TE@MCONSULT Unternehmensgruppe does not provide visa sponsorship. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Tell us at what level of German you feel comfortable

For all of our current jobs, our clients expect written and spoken German skills. Tell us the level German at witch you feel comfortable (written and spoken).

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment, abbreviated as CEFR, is a guideline used to describe foreign languages proficiency across Europe. Please give us your self-assessment using the link to CEFR....

Please note: the Common European Framework divides learners into three broad categories covering a total of six levels. Please only use the levels A1 to C2 of the common reference levels.

What happens after you submit your CV?

Please click the "Advertised Positions" link below to find a continuously updated list of job opportunities with our clients. Advertised positions.... If you have applied for a specific (advertised) position:

  • The relevant advisor wil evaluate your application.
  • If your CV is considered suitable for the position in question, our advisor will contact you.
  • If you and our advisor agree, we will hold a preliminary interview with you.
  • If you are still a potential candidate after the initial interview, further interviews will take place with us and later with our client befor a final decision is made. We will ask you to participate in a number of in-depth assessments to ensure that the job is the right opportunity for you.
  • If you are not contacted about your application, this may indicate that the evaluation process is still continuing or that your profile has not been found to match the job requirements.
  • At the end of the evaluation process, if you will not be receiving an offer for the particular position and you have applied online, we will either phone or e-mail you to notify you and thank you for your interest.
  • We will consider your profile for future career opportunities. Please update your CV regularly and whenever there is a change in your contact details or job. We will always consider updated CVs first.

It is very important that my details are kept confidential. How do you ensure that?

Confidentiality for all client and candidate data is a top priority at TE@MCONSULT Unternehmensgruppe. All of our advisors and researchers are fully familiar with the applicable ethical principles. They receive regular training on relevant techniques and procedures to maintain the confidentiality of client and candidate data. Some of our standard confidentiality procedures are listed below:

  • We do not share your identification information (such as name, current employer and position) with our clients until, we receive your permission to do so.
  • Even if, without knowing, you happen to apply to a position at your current employer, the application will be kept confidential.
  • Our CV files are physically secured, and our database is secured against outside access.
